Back When Lightly Touched In Center. Cool In Pan On Cooling Rack 15 Minutes; Remove
From Pan. Frost When Completely Cooled. Store Loosely Covered. High Altitude (Above
3500 Feet): Add 1/4 Cup Flour To Dry Cake Mix And Increase Water To 1 1/3 Cups. Follow
Basic Recipe Directions. If Dark Or Nonstick Metal Pans Are Used, Decrease Oven To
325f. Tip: *If Desired, Substitute 3 Egg Whites Or 3/4 Cup Refrigerated Or Frozen
Cholesterol-Free Egg Product, Thawed, For The Eggs. Increase Water To 1 3/4 Cups,
Omit Oil And Add 2 Tablespoons Flour. Bake 5 Minutes Longer.
