Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degreeF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.
2. Place Van de Kamp's frozen fish fillets ina single layer evenly distributed on a 4-sided baking pan.
3. bake on middle oven rack 15 to 17 minutes or until crispy and browned. Turn fillets over halfway through baking.
Note: Prepare tarter sauce packet 20 minutes prior to serving prepared fillets.
Ingredients: Battered Fish Fillets: Pollock and/or Cod Fish (Fish, sodium tripolyphosphate to retain fish moisture), water, wheat flour, vegetable oil with TBHQ and citric acid as preservatives (cottonseed oil, and/or canola oil, and/or sunflower oil, and/or soybeen oil), flour predust (wheat flour [enriched with niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], salt, soybean oil), yellow corn flour. Contains 2% or less of: modified food starch, sugar, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, monosodium glutamate, dectrose. Tartar sauce mix: dehydrated onions, nonfat milk solids, whey, salt sugar, citric acid, dextrose, propylene glycol alginate, corn syrup solids, tricalcium phosphate, parsley, lemon juice solics, anchovies, natural flavor
Additional details: Van de Kamp's does not recommend microwave preparation.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Refrigerate unused cooked fish fillets.
