Item: Instant Butterscotch Pudding
Size: 3.4 OZ
Directions: Pudding: pour two cups of cold mild into bowl. Add mix. Beat with a wire whisk, rotary beater, or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour milk into a leak-proof, 1-quart container. Add mix. Cover tightly, shake ingredients at least 45 seconds. Pour at once into dishes, pudding will be soft set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
Prepare as for pudding, using only 1-3/4 cups milk and beating only 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill at least one hour.
