Directions: : 1. Stir mix into 2 cups fat free milk (Lactose-reduced milk can also be used but
may result in a softer set. Do not use nonfat dry milk - pudding will be thin. For
optimum flavor, do not use soy milk) in medium saucepan. 2. Cook on medium heat until
mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. 3. Pour into dessert dishes. (Pudding
thickens as it cools.) Serve warm or chilled. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Traditional Pie: Makes 6 servings. 1. Prepare as directed
for pudding. Cool 5 min., stirring twice. 2. Pour into cooled 9-inch baked pastry
crust or Graham Pie Crust. For deep-dish pastry crust, use 2 pkg. (4-serving size
each) pudding and 3-1/2 cups milk. 3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours (or 4 hours for
fuller pie) or until set. Store in refrigerator. Microwave: 1. Stir mix into 2 cups
milk in 1-1/2-qt microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave on High 6 min. or until mixture
