Cooking times may vary depending on equipment. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly before eating. Conventional or toaster oven: Preheat oven 475�F Remove mozzarella sticks from packaging; place sticks in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet Placed baking sheet on center oven rack Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes before serving For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165�F as measured by a food thermometer. Deep fryer: Preheat oven to 350�F Remove mozzarella sticks from packaging; place desired amount of sticks carefully in fryer. Do not overcrowd fryer. Deep fry 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove from fryer and place on paper towel to drain Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Overcooking will cause cheese to bubble out.
