Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Pour crust into a medium bowl. Stir in 1-1/3 cups very
warm water with fork, mix until completely moistened and dough form into loose ball.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon Wesson vegetable oil over dough. Turn to coat entire surface
with oil. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place for 5 minutes. 2. Coat
two 12" pizza pans or two cookie sheets with Pam nonstick cooking spray. Divide dough
in half placing each piece in the center of selected pans; for pizza pan using hands,
spread dough to edge to contain sauce. Repeat with other pan. For cookie sheet-using
hands, shape dough into a 14" x 10" rectangle; pinch edge to contain sauce. Repeat
with other pan. 3. Spread half of pizza sauce evenly over sauce. Personalize pizza
by adding favorite toppings-cheese, vegetables or other cooked meat, if desired.
4. Place prepared pizzas on lowest two racks in oven. Bake for 10 minutes rotate
pans in oven. Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. For
a Thick Crust Pizza: Coat a 13" x 9" glass baking pan with Pam no stick cooking spray.
Using hands, spread dough into bottom of pan. Spread sauce evenly over crust. Top
with cheese. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 22-24 minutes or until bottom crust
is golden brown.
Ingredients: Crust Mix: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin,
Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), and Folic Acid),
Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Contains one or more of the following:
Soybean Oil, Cottonseed Oil), Yeast, dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate
and Sodium Bicarbonate) and Salt.
Pizza Sauce with Pepperoni: Tomatoes (Tomato Puree,
Water), Pepperoni (Pork and Beef, Salt, Dextrose, Less than 2 % of; Garlic Powder,
Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Natural Flavorings, Paprika, Smoke Flavor, Sodium Nitrite,
BHT and Citric Acid (Preservatives), contains less than 2% of: Modified Corn Starch,
Salt, Soybean Oil, Oregano, Garlic, Spices, Citric Acid, Flavorings (Contains Smoke
Flavoring) and Oleoresin Paprika.
Grated Cheese: A Blend of Cheeses (Parmesan and
Romano Made from Cow's Milk (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes),
Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking, Potassium Sorbate Added as a Preservative.
