For food safety snad quality, follow these COOKING instructions Conventional oven cooking: Preheat oven to 350degreesF - Do not exceed 350degreesF - Since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. 1) Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent. 2) Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 27-28 minutes. 3) Carefully remove baking sheet with tracy from oven and let stand on baking sheet 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove cover and enjoy! Microwave oven cooking: For food safety and quality follow these COOKING instructions. Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary, cooking time may need to be adjusted. 1) Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent. Cook on 50% power 4 minutes. Remove cover, stir and re-cover. 2) Continue cooking on 50% power minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. 3) After cooking, let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microve. Carefully remove cover, stir and enjoy! Do not prepare in toaster oven - A reheated plastic trap can warp or melt...reheating of tray is not recommended - Keep frozen until ready to use
