Directions:
1. Cut 1/2 to 3/4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 to 3) or pork tender loin into 1/2 inch strips. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a 10 to 12 inch skillet or wok over high heat. Add meat. Stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. 2. Reduce heat to medium-high. Stir in 1/4 cup water, frozen sauce, vegetables and noodles. 3. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve immediately. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Cook up to 5 minutes longer.
