Directions:

 For 8 oz glass (1 cup): Add 5 tablespoons (0.8 oz) of nonfat dry milk to 8 fl oz of cold water and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate after mixing. To make one quart: Add 1.33 (3.2 oz) of nonfat dry milk to 3.75 cups of cold water and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate after mixing. For best flavor: Store in tightly sealed container and refrigerate overnight before serving. For baking and cooking: Prepared nonfat fry milk can be used in place of regular milk, in the same amount state in the recipe.
