Recipe: Brussels Sprouts and Pine Nuts

1 Package Brussels Sprouts
1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Apple Cider
1 Tsp. Salt

Place frozen Brussels Sprouts in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stovetop and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In skillet, toast pine nuts in butter until lightly brown. Add cooked sprouts, apple cider and salt. Heat mixture throughly, stirring constantly.
