Directions:

 Defrost in Refrigerator Overnight or place unopened package in warm water for 20-30 minutes or until thawed. Remove marinated fish from package, set aside marinade in bowl. Heat a non-stick skillet on a medium flame and place in skillet. Cover and cook for 2 minutes, turn fish over, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add marinade and cook for 1 minute - until fish is cooked through. OR Heat oven to 375, remove fish from plastic film and place in oven safe dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is moist and cooked through.
