Cooking Up Boca Meatless Burgers:
Skillet:
Heat small amount of oil in nonstick skillet on MEDIUM heat. (Or, spray skillet with cooking spray.)
Add FROZEN burgers to skillet; cook as follows or until heated through, turning occasionally:
1 or 2 burgers (8 to 10 minutes)
3 or 4 burgers (10 to 12 minutes)

Microwave:
Cut small slit in pouch of FROZEN burger.
MICROWAVE burger (in pouch) on HIGH as follows or until heated through:
1 burger (1 3/4 to 2 1/4 minutes)
2 burgers (3 to 4 minutes)
Let stand 1 minute.

Grill:
BRUSH grate of grill lightly with oil. Preheat to MEDIUM heat.
Add FROZEN burgers to grill, cover with lid. Grill 8 minutes or until heated through (160 degrees F), turning after 4 minutes.
(Grills vary, watch timing and temperatures to make sure the burgers do not dry out.)
