Directions:

 You will need: 2-1/4 cups boiling water, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon margarine or butter. Oven directions: 1. Heat oven to 450°F. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole. 2. Bake: Uncovered about 20 minutes or until tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Refrigerate leftovers. Baking Tips: For 2 boxes, double all ingredients; bake in 3-qt casserole about 25 min. Bake potatoes and roast meat at same time: 325°F about 55 minutes; 350°F about 45 minutes; 375°F about 40 minutes. Stovetop directions: 1. Heat: Potatoes, sauce mix, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tablespoon margarine or butter to boiling in 2-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce: Heat; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
