: You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef (You can use 1 lb ground turkey instead of ground beef.), 3-1/4 cups hot water. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): Increase hot water to 3 1/2 cups and simmer to about 15 min.
