Directions:
You will need: 1 pound lean ground beef (you can use 1 pound ground turkey instead of ground beef); 2 cups hot water (For a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3 cups and omit milk); 1 cup milk (for a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3 cups and omit milk). Directions: 1. Brown ground beef in 10" skillet; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). Microwave directions: 1. Crumble 1 pound lean ground beef into 2-1/2-quart microwaveable casserole or bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain. 2. Stir in sauce mix, 2-1/4 cups boiling water (for a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3-1/2 cups and omit milk), 1/2 cup milk (for a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3-1/2 cups and omit milk) and uncooked pasta. 3. Microwave uncovered on High 10-14 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot.
