Cool completely before frosting. 13 x 9 Inch Pan Size: 27 - 32 Bake time (in minutes); Two 8 Inch Rounds Pan Size: 27 - 32 Bake time (in minutes); Two 9 Inch Rounds Pan Size: 22 - 27 Bake time (in minutes); 24 Cupcakes (2/3 Full) Pan Size: 15 - 20 Bake time (in minutes); 12-Cup Fluted Tube (Bundt) Pan Cake: 38 - 43 Bake time (in minutes). If using dark or nonstick pan, lengthen bake time 3 - 5 minutes. High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): Make batter using 1-1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup oil, 2 Tbsp flour and 3 eggs. Bake 13 x 9 inch 30 - 35 min, 8 inch rounds 28 - 33 min, 9 inch rounds 25 - 30 min, cupcakes 17 - 22 min. For aluminum fluted tube (bundt), bake 38 - 42 min; for dark or nonstick fluted tube (bundt), bake at 325 degrees F 40 - 45 min.
