Directions: Keep dough refrigerated. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray or grease 15 x 10
inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. (Heat oven to 425 degrees F for all
other pan types.) 2. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Spread with 1/2 cup pizza sauce.
Top with cooked meat, cheese and other toppings as desired. 3. Bake 9 to 13 minutes
for cheese pizza, 13 to 17 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust
is deep golden brown. Tip: For a crispier crust, use dark or nonstick cookie sheet
and/or prebake dough at 400 degrees F (425 degrees F for all other pan types) 5 minutes,
spread with sauce and top as above. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer. Do not freeze or
microwave unbaked Poppin' Fresh dough.
Ingredients: Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate,
Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Vital Wheat Gluten. Contains
2% or Less of: Dextrose, Sugar, Leavening (Glucono Delta- Lactone, Baking Soda),
Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil (Adds a Trivial Amount of Trans Fat),
Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavor, Autolyzed Yeast Extract.
