Or Spray With Cooking Spray's Mix Cake Mix, Water, Oil And Eggs In Large Bowl At Low Speed Until Moistened. Beat 2 Minutes At Medium Speed. (By Hand 2 Minutes.) Pour Batter Into Pan. Bake As Directed Below. Cake Is Done When Toothpick Inserted In Center Comes Out Clean Or Cake Springs Back When Lightly Touched In Center. Cool In Pan On Cooling Rack 15 Minutes; Remove From Pan. Frost When Completely Cooled. Store Loosely Covered. High Altitude (Above 3500 Feet): Add 1/4 Cup Flour To Dry Cake Mix And Increase Water To 1 1/3 Cups. Follow Basic Recipe Directions. If Dark Or Nonstick Metal Pans Are Used, Decrease Oven To 325f. Tip: *If Desired, Substitute 3 Egg Whites Or 3/4 Cup Refrigerated Or Frozen Cholesterol-Free Egg Product, Thawed, For The Eggs. Increase Water To 1 3/4 Cups, Omit Oil And Add 2 Tablespoons Flour. Bake 5 Minutes Longer.
