 SKILLET METHOD: HEAT A LARGE SKILLET ON HIGH HEAT FOR TWO MINUTES. SPRAY THE HOT SKILLET WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY OR ADD 1 TABLESPOON CANOLA OIL. ADD 4 TO 5 H-E-B FROZEN GRILLED ZUCCHINI SLICES AND FRY ON EACH SIDE FOR 2 MINUTES. OVEN METHOD: HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES F. LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH FOIL. BRUSH THE H-E-B ZUCCHINI SLICES WITH CANOLA OR OLIVE OIL AND PLACE ON BAKING SHEET. HEAT ON CENTER OVEN RACK FOR 12 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE DURING THE HEATING TIME.
