Directions:

 LIGHTLY cover bottom of 12-inch nonstick skillet with vegetable oil.
HEAT vegetable oil over medium high heat until hot.
ADD one package Valley View Diced Potatoes with Onions to skillet. Cover pan with lid.
COOK for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown, turning potatoes every 2 to 3 minutes. Skillet should remain covered while cooking (except while turning potatoes).

Ingredients:

 Potatoes, dextrose, onion, salt, onion powder, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (added to maintain color), potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite (added to maintain freshness).
