OVEN METHOD: Preheat oven to 375F. Place frozen egg rolls on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to defrost egg rolls. Turn once during baking. Conventional Oven: 18-20 minutes. Convection Oven: 14-16 minutes. Heating time may vary with equipment. DEEP-FRY METHOD: Deep-fry at 350F. For frozen egg rolls, fry for 8-9 minutes. Fry semi-thawed egg rolls for 5-6 minutes. MICROWAVE METHOD: (1250 watts) For frozen egg rolls, set microwave on HIGH and allow 60 seconds for the first egg roll and 55 seconds for each additional egg roll. For semi-thawed egg rolls, set microwave on HIGH and allow 30 seconds per egg roll.
