Step 1: Prepare - add 1/2 cup very water to crust mix in a small bowl. Stir with fork until crust mix is moistened; stir vigorously 25 strokes. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over dough. Turn dough to allow oil to coat bottom of dough. Cover. Let stand in warm place for 5 minutes (Increase the stand time to 20 minutes for an easier to work with dough and a lighter crust). Preheat oven to 425�F. Step 2: Create - Grease (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) 12"-14" pizza pans or cookie sheet (cookie sheets will produce crispier crusts). Place dough on greased pan or cookie sheet. Spread dough to edges of pan or into a 10" x 14" rectangle on cookie sheet. Pinch up edges to hold sauce. Pour half of pizza sauce over dough; spread to edges. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Personalize the pizza by adding your favorite toppings - cheese, vegetables or meats. Step 3: Bake in preheated oven on lowest rack for 16-20 minutes or until crust is desired brownness.
