QUICK-COOK WHOLE SAUCE:
To cranberries in this package (fresh or frozen),
Add: 1 cup sugar
1 cup cold water
Boil rapidly until berries pop open (about 5 minutes). Cool. Makes about 4 cups.

CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH (No cooking):
Put through food processor, the berries in this package (fresh or frozen), and 1 medium orange (quartered and seeds removed) until evenly chopped.
Add 3/4 to 1 cup sugar.
Stir in sugar to desired sweetness. Mix well and refrigerate several hours before serving. May be frozen. Yields approximately 2 1/2 cups.
