Cooking Instructions: Place Oven Rack In Lowest Position. Heat Oven To 475 F. Great A 12 Or 14 Inch Pizza Pan. Combine Pizza Crust Mix And 1/2 Cup Hot Water (120 F To 130 F); Stir About 30 Strokes With Fork Or Until Well Blended. Shape Dough Into A Ball. (If Dough Is Too Sticky, Add 1 To 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour.) Brush With 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil. Cover And Let Rest 5 Minutes. Press Dough Into Prepared Pan. Generously Prick Dough With Fork. Bake At 475 F On Lowest Oven Rack For 5 Minutes. Remove From Oven. Top Crust As Desired. Bake An Additional 9 To 11 Minutes Or Until Crust Is Golden Brown And Toppings Are Thoroughly Heated Deep Dish: Place Oven Rack In Lowest Position. Heat Oven To 425 F. Mix Dough As Directed Above. Press Dough With Floured Fingers On Bottom And 1 Inch Up The Side Of A 9 X 1 1/2 Inch Greased Round Pan. Top With Your Favorite Toppings. Bake 20 To 30 Minutes Or Until Crust Is Golden Brown
