Directions:

 STOVE:

Place 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables in 1 cup boiling water.
Cover and bring quickly to a second boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
Drain well, season to taste and serve.

MICROWAVE:

Place 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables in a microwave safe dish.
Add 2 tablespoons water, cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes.
Drain well, season to taste and serve.

(Since microwave ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.)
