Microwave oven(cook from frozen):

2. Cook on high 4-5 minutes per tray or until hot.

3. Carefully remove tray from microwave and let sit 1 minute before serving.

Conventional Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Do not exceed 350F.

2. Remove tray from outer packaging; pierce plastic film 3-4 times to vent. Place try on a baking sheet on center rack in oven.

3. Cook for 30-35 minutes.

4. Remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove cover.
