For crispiest coating we recommend Conventional Oven Preparation.

Conventional Oven Or Toaster Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Place frozen fish sticks on a baking sheet.
3. Bake 8 minutes.
4. Turn over fish sticks and bake an additional 8-10 minutes or until done.
Note: Oven temperatures may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.

Microwave Oven:
1. Place frozen fish sticks on a microwavable plate lined with 2 paper towels.
2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) as suggested in cooking chart, rotating plate once during cooking. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.

2-4 2-3 minutes
5-7 3 1/2 - 5 1/2 minutes
8-10 6-7 minutes

Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage.
Recommend cooking times are based on a 700 watt oven.
